All classes begin at 6:30 p.m. The cost per person is $80. This includes the cooking classes led by chef/owner Nelson Urteaga, as well as 2 4oz. glasses of wine, a signed apron, and copies of all recipes prepared in class.
At the end of the classes, participants will enjoy a dinner of the dishes prepared during class. In addition, we will provide information on the art of cooking, table setting, wine serving, and a general question-and-answer period on cooking related subjects.
