Our Menu

The Hole in the Wall’s cuisine is Canadian continental, with a Latin American influence. On our menu, every dish is a unique combination of flavours you’ll not find anywhere else.

We offer two ways to enjoy our food. You may order from our menu à la carte, or, for more variety, combine your selections within our El Presidente or El Dictador tasting menus at the end of this page. These customizable options will give you and your guests the opportunity to experience the full range of our menu.

Bocaditos / Appetizers

Campecinos
Four sweet prunes wrapped in cheese and bacon and broiled to perfection.

Bolsa de Plata
Four jalapeño cheese “money bags” baked in phyllo dough and served with our spicy salsa.

Higados
Freshly prepared spiced chicken livers sautéed in fresh lemon and butter. They’ll melt in your mouth!

Freshly baked puffed pastry filled with a delicate mixture of beef, spices, raisins and vegetables. Four empenadas served with our home made spicy salsa.

Fresh seafood marinated in lemon with red onions, red peppers, cilantro and jalapeño. A must in every Latin American party!
