New Year’s 2010

We hope you will join us for our New Year’s celebrations!

We will have two celebrations, December 31st or January 1st at the Hole in the Wall. The cost is $75 per person, which includes a complimentary glass of sparkling wine, and party favours for those guests that stay to welcome 2010 with us!

Main Course

Your choice of one of the following:

  • 6 oz. Sterling Silver Filet Mignon and 6oz Cuban lobster tail served with vegetables and spring potatoes.
  • Breast of duck with rosemary, garlic and fresh raspberries, served with vegetables and rice pilaf.
  • Marinated rack of Canadian lamb covered in pesto, Dijon mustard and garlic, tenderly broiled in its own juices.

Dessert

Plate with crème brûlée and tuxedo strawberries.
