The Hole in the Wall’s cuisine is Canadian continental, with a Latin American influence. On our menu, every dish is a unique combination of flavours you’ll not find anywhere else. Beef Tips 16 Sterling Silver tenderloin sautéed in red wine, fresh herbs, red onion, tomato and Amarillo chili. Ceviche 16 Fresh seafood marinated with lemon, lime, red onions, peppers, cilantro and jalapeno, the national dish of Peru. Oysters Florentine *seasonal 18 Broiled oysters (5) prepared in a white wine sauce with spinach, caramelized shallots, topped with parmesan cheese. Oysters Rockefeller *seasonal 18 was created at Antoine’s Restaurant in New Orleans in the late nineteenth century. Spinach, scallions, tarragon and celery on fresh grilled oysters. A tradition of elegancy. 5 oysters per order. Mejillones 17 Fresh mussels cooked in white wine with cream, shallots, garlic and parsley. Conchitas a la Parmesan 16 Sea scallops (5) drizzled with pisco and butter then broiled with parmesan cheese. Camerones con Papa 15 Freshly prepared jumbo shrimp (5), sautéed with tequila, garlic and lemon on a chili Amarillo potato compote.

Camerones con Queso 49 Large prawns sautéed in garlic, shallots, lemon and gorgonzola cheese served with a sweet potato purée.

Camerones con Salsa de Ajo 49 Large prawns tossed in lime and garlic, sautéed with jalapenos, sweet peppers, onions, cilantro and tequila butter.

 Vieiras 49 Large and tender sea scallops sautéed in garlic, lemon, butter, capers, shallots and sundried tomato.

Oysters Florentine *seasonal 55 Broiled oysters on the half shell, prepared in a white wine sauce with spinach, caramelized shallots and topped with parmesan cheese.
