Stuffed sweet prunes wrapped in cheese and bacon and broiled to perfection.

Baked phyllo dough cups filled with goat cheese, pine nuts and sun-dried tomatoes.

Freshly baked puffed pastry filled with a delicate mixture of beef, spices, raisins and vegetables, served with our home made spicy salsa.

Fresh spring greens, red onions and roasted almonds drizzled with olive oil dressing and accompanied by freshly baked savory cheesecake.

Cordero con Pesto
Marinated Saskatchewan lamb chops covered in pesto, Dijon mustard and garlic; tenderly broiled in its own juices.

Camarones con Queso
Prawns, sautéed in garlic, shallots and lemon, make the contrast of roasted sweet potato purée and stilton blue cheese a decadent combination!
Above entrées are served with Northern Saskatchewan wild rice pilaf, and fresh roasted potatoes.
